Customer Service
All customer service questions will be responded to within 24 hours of your message or e-mail.

Payments
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Discover and Debit Cards. All orders are processed through a secure server.

Sales Tax
There will be a 6% sales tax on any item being shipped in the state of Iowa. If you have a tax-exempt number; it must be on file or you will be charged sales tax. You can e-mail your tax exempt number to: contact@anjsupplies.com.

Returns
Returns can only be made with written authorization. If your order is damaged upon delivery
please contact us immediately for arrangements to be made.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
We will not refund shipping charges.

Products
From time to time substitutions will be made on stocked items due to what we carry in stock. The substitutions will be of greater or equal value. Due to warmer weather; baskets with chocolate products will have substitutions with hard candies.
